Overview:

We are seeking a Customer & Marketing Analyst with some Relevant Professional Experience to Support Commercial Growth and customer engagement. The role will analyse customer and campaign performance, develop actionable insight, and support marketing planning and optimisation. It suits someone early in their career who is commercially curious, comfortable with data and keen to develop across different products and teams.

Responsibilities:

Support the development, implementation and optimisation of marketing initiatives across customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and value growth.

Carry out regular and ad hoc analysis - including customer, cohort, funnel, campaign, channel, product and profitability analysis—to help track performance and identify opportunities.

Help develop and maintain reporting and performance information covering marketing performance, customer behaviour, campaign outcomes, live tests and emerging trends.

Turn analysis into clear observations, recommendations and performance updates for business stakeholders.

Work with Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Data and other teams to support growth, customer experience and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.

Assist with campaign planning, audience selection, testing and measurement, while maintaining clear documentation and helping improve data, reporting and marketing processes.

Skills & Experience:

Essential

Some Professional Experience in Marketing, Analytics, Customer Insight, Business Analysis, Commercial Support, Operations, Finance or another adjacent Data-Focused Role.

Experience Analysing Data using Excel and/or tools such as SQL, Python, SAS, Power BI, Tableau or Similar, with an Aptitude and Willingness to Develop Further.

Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, with an interest in turning Customer, Product and Marketing Data into Practical Recommendations.

Clear Written and Verbal Communication Skills, including explaining Analysis to Non-Technical Colleagues.

Good Organisation, Attention to Detail and a Proactive Approach to Learning and Delivery.

Commercial curiosity and an interest in growth, customer outcomes, cost and business value.

Advantageous

Experience or exposure gained in financial services, consumer products, subscriptions, e-commerce or another data-rich customer business.

Exposure to campaign management, customer segmentation, CRM, digital marketing, experimentation, attribution or customer lifecycle activity.

Experience using Tableau, Power BI, web analytics, Excel or similar tools to analyse or present data and communicate insight.
