This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You'll be a primary point of contact for our customers, helping resolve questions and technical issues, coordinating repairs, and ensuring timely follow-up. You'll also support order fulfillment, inventory management, vehicle deliveries, and basic service activities.

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, is highly organized, and is comfortable working with tools and physical products. You'll work closely with our Vehicle Operations team to keep daily operations running smoothly and improve our processes as we grow.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day customer communications across email, chat, phone, SMS, and in-person interactions.

Troubleshoot customer issues, coordinate service and warranty requests, and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.

Maintain accurate customer service records and meet targets for response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate local vehicle deliveries and pickups using a company-owned truck.

Fulfill customer orders, including picking, packing, shipping, and coordinating deliveries of vehicles, accessories, and replacement parts.

Receive, organize, and track inventory, maintaining accurate records and an organized warehouse.

Support service operations, including vehicle check-in, parts preparation, basic inspections, assembly, disassembly, and repairs.

Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and internal processes.

Qualifications — Required

Experience in customer service or another customer-facing role, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic hand tools and following technical procedures.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and a customer-first attitude.

Comfortable working across software systems and learning new tools.

Willingness to perform hands-on warehouse work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and independently loading and unloading vehicles using appropriate equipment.

Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company-owned truck in the NYC area.

Ability to work full-time, on-site in Long Island City.

Qualifications — Preferred

Experience with bicycles, motorcycles, electric vehicles, or other mechanical products.

Experience with customer support platforms, e-commerce fulfillment, or inventory management systems.

Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.
