Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Qualitätsvorausplanung (APQP) von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife sowie Sicherstellung der Qualitätsziele in allen Projektphasen.
  • Koordination und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kunden und globalen Projektteams.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Prüf- und Qualitätskonzepten sowie Überwachung relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen in der Serienfertigung.
  • Analyse von Schwachstellen, Durchführung von Risikoanalysen (FMEA, Control Plan) und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung.
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen einschließlich Ursachenanalyse, Erstellung von 8D-Reports sowie Implementierung nachhaltiger Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen.

Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Qualitätsmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise in der Projektqualität, Qualitätsvorausplanung (APQP) oder im Reklamationsmanagement eines industriellen Umfelds.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Qualitätsmethoden und -werkzeugen wie APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, 5-Why und Ishikawa.
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP), vorzugsweise unter Anwendung von Lean- oder Six-Sigma-Methoden.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein sicheres Auftreten in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kunden und Projektteams.
