About the role

• •你将站在客户、服务网络、工程、制造和供应链之间，帮助团队真正理解产品在市场端的表现，把客户现场的每一个问题转化为产品改进和客户体验提升的机会。
• •SCT的客户不仅来自中国市场，也涉及澳大利亚、东南亚、印度、中东、拉美等区域。

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Quality Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• •负责连接客户、服务团队和质量组织，确保客户反馈的问题被及时、准确地传递到内部团队，并推动问题解决。
• •牵头或参与跨部门问题分析，推动重大问题有序解决。
• •支持重点客户和重点服务站的质量沟通，参与客户现场问题调查和失效件分析。
• •定期分析 Warranty 和三包数据，通过开展质量改善项目善降低COPQ&CE。

Requirements

As a minimum you must have:

• •本科及以上学历，机械、制冷、暖通、车辆工程、电气、自动化、质量管理等相关工科背景专业。
• •5 年以上制造业质量相关经验；3 年以上客户质量、售后质量、市场质量或产品质量改善经验；
• •熟练掌握质量管理相关工具和方法：8D、VoC、IATF16949/ISO9001、APQP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、PPAP；
• •英文可用于邮件沟通、口语交流和质量报告编写。
