Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle Kundenbetreuung und -beratung
  • Annahme und Koordination von Kundenanfragen
  • Terminvereinbarung für technische Prüfungen
  • Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
  • Beschwerdemanagement
  • Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen
  • Koordination zwischen Kunden und Technikern
  • Qualitätssicherung der Kundenserviceprozesse

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise im technischen Bereich
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
  • Technisches Grundverständnis von Vorteil
