CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE/DINING ROOM ATTENDANT FT/PT

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Representative/Dining Room Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they enter the dining room

- Ensure that the dining room is clean and presentable at all times

- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware, along with the patio (if applicable), drink station and restrooms

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials

- Providing an exceptional customer experience

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred

- Showcase teamwork and communication skills - have a positive attitude and like engaging with people

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
