What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support throughout the moving process

Handle inbound calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Verify move details, timelines, and logistics with customers and association partners

Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure every move runs smoothly

Resolve issues quickly while providing a positive customer experience

Support daily operations by managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, logistics, moving, or a related field

Experience working with Granot or a comparable CRM system (required)

Strong computer skills, including Excel and/or Google Sheets

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
