As Customer Service Agent with German at Capita you will be joining a team of dedicated individuals supporting our clients. You will be providing excellent levels of customer care and satisfaction by successfully handling a variety of unique phone and email enquiries. At the same time, we remain dedicated to promoting other products and exclusive offers in line with customer needs and as part of our client commitment.

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting customer through different channels (inbound calls and messages)

Analysing and solving customer’s queries

Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)

Making changes to the system

Forwarding faults or calls to other departments

Offer relevant add-ons and upgraded options that enhance the customer experience and meet evolving needs.

Skills you need to succeed:

German at min. C1 level

Customer oriented attitude

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Good knowledge of MS Office package

Willingness to work on shifts (Monday-Sunday 8:00-24:00) in a hybrid model (2 days from home, 3 days from the office after nesting period)
