Customer Service Assistant - Setia City Mall

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but not limited to:

Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.

Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanliness

Conducting internal daily floor checks including tenant opening and closing hour.

Attending to emergencies and responding according to the centre Standard Operating Procedure

Concierge desk administration duties

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mall

Assist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.

About You

Open to fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree who are keen to work in a dynamic mall environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays (as per roster).
