• What would you do? You will be working as a French Language Resource within the Risk & Compliance team, supporting clients and organizations in identifying potential risks and developing appropriate mitigation plans. The role requires strong French language proficiency along with experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Testing, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, Risk, or Compliance environments.

• •Strong proficiency in French, including verbal, written, reading, and comprehension skills.
• •Good understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Testing processes.
• •Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Risk, or Compliance operations
• •Ability to review transactions, cases, or documentation against defined quality standards and procedures.
• •Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to Work as a French Language Resource supporting the Risk & Compliance team.
• •Review and assess cases, transactions, or documentation requiring French language expertise.
• •Perform Quality Assurance activities based on defined procedures and quality standards.
• •Ensure reviews are completed accurately and in accordance with established SOPs, controls, and quality guidelines.
• •Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor.
• •You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
• •The decisions that you make would impact your own work.
• •You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
• •Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
