Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar em Customer Service, apoiando a gestão da carteira de pedidos, processos de vendas e relacionamento com clientes, além de realizar interfaces com áreas como Planejamento, Produção e Expedição. Esta posição é baseada em Taubaté e atua de forma híbrida.

Onde Você Fará a Diferença?

Gerar pedidos de vendas e amostras para testes industriais;
Realizar a manutenção da carteira de pedidos e dos cadastros mestres no SAP, incluindo registro de materiais;
Emitir documentos internos relacionados a reclamações, realizando RC, follow-up e feedback;
Gerar débitos, créditos e devoluções referentes a pedidos de venda;
Realizar o follow-up de lead time junto às áreas de Produção, Planejamento e Expedição;
Conduzir consultas com Planejamento relacionadas a NW, EW e LOSSES, além de carregar Forecast para New Wins de acordo com as quantidades recebidas via SOAP;
Criar e acompanhar o processo de New Win, atualizar KPIs e realizar a manutenção dos sites de clientes;
Cumprir e apoiar o cumprimento das exigências relacionadas aos programas de Segurança dos Alimentos, incluindo APPCC, BPF e Política da Qualidade;
Cumprir e apoiar o cumprimento das normas de Segurança, Saúde, Meio Ambiente e Qualidade.

Inglês intermediário;
Espanhol intermediário;
