WESENTLICHE AUFGABEN UND ZUSTÄNDIGKEITEN:

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Verarbeitung eingehender Bestellungen (Online-Bestellplattformen, E-Mail, Telefon, Webshop)
  • Entgegennahme und Verarbeitung von Kundenbestellungen über Online-Bestellplattformen, E-Mail, Telefon, Webshop und Fax
  • Betreuung und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen zu Produkten, Dienstleistungen und Lieferstatus
  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenkontakt in Deutsch und Französisch
  • Abwicklung von Reklamationen, Retouren, Erstellung von Gutschriften
  • Fakturierung in unserem ERP-System (Navision)
  • Betreuung des Empfangs (telefonisch oder persönlich)
  • Pflege von Kunden-, Artikel- und Auftragsdaten in CRM (Salesforce) und ERP (Navision)
  • Erledigung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben innerhalb der Abteilung
  • Einhaltung der definierten Service Levels und Prozesse
  • Interne Koordination mit Logistik, Einkauf, Aussendienst und Marketing zur Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit

Zusatzaufgaben welche innerhalb des Teams verteilt werden:

  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Spezialbestellungen sowie Pflege entsprechender Produkt- und Preislisten
  • Betreuung definierter Kundengruppen Vertrieb
  • Ansprechperson für Key Account Kunden
  • Verwaltung und Bestellung von Büromaterial
  • Post und Monatsabrechnung Frankiermaschine
  • Mitarbeit an internen Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung oder Digitalisierung
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Mitarbeitender („On-the-job Training“)

QUALIFIKATIONEN UND ANFORDERUNGEN:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung als Tiermedizinische/r Praxisassistent/in oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute bis sehr gute Französischkenntnisse ( mind. Niveau B2+), Englisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten am Telefon und im Schriftverkehr
  • Strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität – insbesondere bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen oder in Abwesenheitsphasen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen (Navision, Salesforce) von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und aktive Mitgestaltung der Arbeitsabläufe
