What You Can Expect :

Daarnaast draag je zorg voor het tijdig, correct en volledig vergaren en registreren van informatie met betrekking tot de orders van de klant. Tevens zul je regelmatig deelnemen aan performance meetings van de klant.

Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en hebt goede sociale vaardigheden. In deze functie is het belangrijk dat je goed overzicht kunt bewaren en proactief kan reageren. Je bent oplossingsgericht, een echte regelaar en houdt van hectiek en uitdagingen.

De Customer Service Medewerker die wij zoeken heeft een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift en werkt zeer zorgvuldig.
