Key Responsibilities

• •Act as the brand ambassador by delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating strong product knowledge
• •Drive sales by optimizing every sales opportunity such as produc t/styling recommendations, upselling and cross-selling while striving to exceed customer expectation and satisfaction
• •Strive to achieve personal and team sales target that is set on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• •Proactively engage with customers and attend to enquiries to create a positive shopping experience
• •Retrieve, organize, and replenish stocks to ensure products are readily available
• •Organize storeroom and arrangement of stocks based on inventory standards
• •Maintain store cleanliness and overall store display/presentation in accordance to visual merchandising standards
• •Operate POS/cashier accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly

Requirements

• •Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level / NITEC
• •Strong interest in the fashion retail industry and in fashion styling
• •Passionate in serving customers
• •Sales-driven
• •Good communication and interpersonal skills
• •Comfortable with physical tasks such as retrieving products from the stockroom
• •Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
