About the role: We are seeking Customer Service Executive – Forex Cash Delivery to join our team. They will be responsible for document collection and fulfilment in forex-cash delivery services. The ideal candidates should possess a presentable personality, basic to good communication skills, and an understanding of KYC document collection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Engage with customers for delivery & fulfilment of pre-booked customer leads for Forex Cash, which will be ordered by customers via the pre-booked lead process.
• •Collect required documents from customers before product (forex cash) handover, assist with basic document collection, verification, and provide information around secure cash handover.
• •Effectively communicate the benefits of Niyo Forex services, including zero forex markup on cash orders, competitive rates, and related cross-sell products like Niyo Global Cards, Travel Insurance, E-Sim, etc.
• •Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• •Actively participate in all trainings and stay updated on product knowledge, process guidelines, lead status mapping, escalation for issues, and customer service protocols.

Required Skills and Expertise:

• •Minimum of bachelor's degree in any stream.
• •Excellent communication in English (& Hindi) with local language proficiency.
• •Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with HNI customers effectively.
• •Knowledge of any financial products sales & service will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• •0-3 Years in any service or sales industry with focus on customer-facing deliverables.
• •Personal Two-Wheeler mandatory . Local travel expenses reimbursed as per company policy.
