  • Customer Service HR-Applikationen Mitarbeiter/in (M/W/D) - Standort: München / Hamburg - Durchführung von Webinaren und Onlineschulungen für Kunden
  • Entwicklung von Hilfetexten, kurzen Erklärvideos
  • Dokumentation neuer Funktionen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der Demo-Version
  • Stichprobenartige Qualitätssicherung der Kundensysteme
  • Proaktive Konfigurations- und Prozessberatung - Erfahrung bei der Durchführung von Trainings und Webinaren oder im Support
  • Flotter Umgang mit technischen Hilfsmitteln (Video-Erstellung, Blogs, Foren, Webinare)
  • Verständliche Kommunikation, die auf den Punkt kommt und Interesse weckt
  • Faible für Geschäfts-Software und für die Prozesse in der Personalarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Sprache und Schrift - Interessante, abwechslungsreiche und eigenverantwortliche Tätigkeiten in einem lebhaften und innovativen Arbeitsumfeld
