Customer Service (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Schriftliche und telefonische Kundenkorrespondenz
  • Pflege der Kundendatenbanken
  • Allgemeine Administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Aufnahme und Abwicklung von Produktanfragen und Reklamationen
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrungen in der Reklamationsbearbeitung sowie im Umgang mit telefonischer Kundenbetreuung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
