Wir stellen ein, für ab sofort:

## Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich:

  • Kundenbetreuung, Information und Beratung sowie Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Entgegennahme eingehender Telefonanrufe und Emailkommunikation
  • Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Aufträgen in SAP
  • Bearbeitung und Erfassung von Retouren in SAP
  • Erfassen von Lagerwertverlusten
  • Erfassung und Report von Reklamationen
  • Abwicklung des anfallenden Schriftverkehrs
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Büro-/Industriekaufleute)
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert, keine Voraussetzung
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Eigenständige Denk- und Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamgeist, Engagement, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
