Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone, email or website chatbot in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards | Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination | Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints

Supports order follow up activities in support of sales channel / field personnel via estimated 70/30 split of phone and off-phone support

Interprets product availability, pricing and order status to manage customer expectations around delays, backorders and product substitution

Monitor and manage On Time and in Full on SAP

Perform special projects assignments from Manager with minimal supervision

Investigate and assist in credit requests, validate special term purchases, coordinate returns for non-technical reasons

Ensure smooth running of branch with regard to Admin. Serve as a back up to the switch board as and when required

Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Order taking from all Trade sectors

Record keeping: Sales by customer, Sales by product, Promotional Activities
