Love animals AND people? We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the team at Academy Animal Hospital !

We’re not your average veterinary hospital. As a Fear Free Certified Practice , we focus on creating a calmer, less stressful experience for our patients and their families. We care for dogs, cats, exotic pets, and injured wildlife , so there is rarely a boring day!

What You’ll Do

• •Welcome clients and patients with warmth and compassion
• •Answer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude
• •Schedule appointments and help keep the hospital running smoothly
• •Check clients in and out and process payments
• •Maintain accurate client and patient records
• •Assist with prescription and medical record requests
• •Recognize urgent concerns and quickly involve the medical team
• •Help create a calm, organized, Fear Free environment
• •Support your teammates and jump in where needed
• •Provide compassionate support during both happy and difficult moments

Who We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you are:

You should be comfortable multitasking, communicating with clients, learning new technology, and staying calm when things get busy.

Previous veterinary reception experience is preferred , but exceptional customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is also valuable.

Hospital Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
