Mesmerize, a segment of MJH Life Sciences and a leader in out-of-home and point-of-care advertising, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support and grow our network of physician offices and healthcare locations. You will serve as a primary contact for office staff, handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound outreach to support program adoption, account maintenance, and network health. This role requires strong communication skills, a high outbound calling volume, and the ability to manage concurrent priorities with accuracy and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• •Conduct a minimum of 70 outbound calls per day to physician offices and healthcare locations, following communication guidelines and maintaining fluency in all Mesmerize products and programs before initiating outreach
• •Receive inbound calls and respond to questions from medical offices with accuracy, professionalism, and a solutions-first mindset
• •Identify customer needs, clarify account information, and update records to ensure data accuracy across all interactions
• •Use AI tools to support call preparation, account research, follow-up drafting, and daily task organization, improving throughput without sacrificing quality or accuracy
• •Build sustainable relationships with office contacts by going the extra mile on responsiveness, follow-through, and issue resolution
• •Follow up on material deliveries and program installations to confirm completion and flag issues proactively
• •Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce, logging all calls, contacts, and account updates in real time
• •Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics consistently, bringing a coachable mindset and openness to feedback

What Sets You Apart

• •Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B calling experience, ideally in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professional office staff effectively across phone and email
• •Active listener with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks without losing accuracy
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
• •Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot) and a willingness to use them as part of your daily workflow to improve efficiency and follow-through
• •Avaya phone system experience a plus
• •Self-motivated, energetic, and collaborative — you take ownership of your work and contribute openly to the team
• •Bachelor's degree preferred

• •Specific tools in active use and how they support high-volume outreach, account research, follow-up drafting, or task prioritization
• •How AI has helped you work more efficiently across concurrent responsibilities without reducing quality or accuracy
• •How you maintain judgment and verify AI-assisted output before it reaches a customer or enters a system of record
