YOUR MISSION

• •Independently manage and coordinate all customer service processes.
• •Review and process incoming orders regarding product availability, pricing, and agreed commercial conditions.
• •Ensure compliance with customer-specific shipping requirements and guarantee on-time, high-quality order fulfillment.
• •Collaborate closely with Field Account Managers to provide excellent customer support and foster long-term customer relationships.
• •Coordinate customer-related issues concerning payment difficulties in close cooperation with the Accounting team and work closely with relevant internal stakeholders.

YOUR TALENT

• •Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
• •Proficient in standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with a strong affinity for digital processes and systems.
• •Structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style combined with a strong team-player mentality.
• •Fluent Dutch skills and very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• •Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a passion for collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.
