Your Role: As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the vital connection between our customers and our operations. Your day-to-day will involve processing orders, addressing inquiries, and providing top-notch service—all while contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Process high-volume customer orders and change notices accurately and efficiently
• •Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and copying
• •Understand and effectively execute customer service policies and procedures
• •Take initiative to research and provide solutions when requested information is unavailable
• •Collaborate with operations and sales teams to track orders and handle special product requests
• •Answer and direct customer phone calls and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy

Requirements

What You Bring:

• •High school diploma or equivalent
• •2+ years of experience in an office-based customer service role preferred (but not required)
• •Experience in the glass, construction, or banking industry preferred (but not required)
• •Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot
• •Knowledge of glass fabrication processes is a bonus
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills
• •Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
• •A team-player attitude dedicated to team success
