DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• •Management of incoming calls, chats and emails,
• •Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• •Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• •Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• •Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
• •Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• •Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

REQUIREMENTS:

• •Native/Fluent in German or Dutch & Fluent in English (at least B2 level), both orally and written
• •Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
• •Previous work experience in customer services experience
• •Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• •Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• •Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.
