Customer Service Representative - Part time

And we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to start immediately!

Role: Customer Service Representative

• Tasks:
• 1) Respond to customer inquiries from potential buyers and sellers on Flippa platform
• 2) Review existing data/documentation to answer customer questions without needing to ask Jared
• 3) Engage with sellers to gather additional information when needed
• 4) CRM data entry and cleanup
• 5) Outbound prospecting through Flippa's AI-assisted system (clicking through lists, sending pre-written emails)
• 6) Pre-qualify leads and book calls for Jared
• 7) Flag any inquiries with commercial/financial discrepancies for client's review

• Tools Proficiency Required:
• 1) Flippa.com platform - experience required
• 2) CRM system - experience required
• 3) Slack - for communication
• 4) Email management

• Software Client Willing to Train:
• 1) Specific Flippa workflows and processes
• 2) Company-specific CRM processes
• 3) Product knowledge about listed businesses

• Industry exposure: Real Estate (Airbnb, Land), Business Brokerage (Flippa)
• Salary: PHP 28,000/month (part-time rate)
• NOTE: Salary is based on the client's budget and is fixed monthly.

Schedule: 10am to 2pm Pacific Standard Time

• Location: 100% Remote/WFH Setup
• Potential Target Start Date: ASAP
