Job Description Statement:

In this role, you will deliver exceptional service by accurately identifying needs, providing timely solutions, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment within our Parts Sales team. You will build lasting relationships by combining technical knowledge with genuine care, helping customers feel confident and supported every step of the way. Essential Job Duties:

  • Handle customer communication, follow-up, and sales transactions for medical imaging parts.
  • Receive and manage incoming parts requests, locating parts from inventory or suppliers.
  • Create parts quotes and negotiate pricing with suppliers.
  • Build customer relationships through proactive follow-up and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate professionally with the team and support additional duties as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, order processing, or sales support role, preferably in a technical, logistics, or parts-related industry.
  • Experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment, managing requests, and resolving issues with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Education (or equivalent experience)

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, General Business, or Management preferred.
