Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie bearbeiten eingehende Kundenanfragen telefonisch und per E-Mail.
  • -Sie unterstützen Kunden bei Fragen zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen.
  • -Sie koordinieren interne Absprachen zur schnellen Problemlösung.
  • -Sie pflegen Kundendaten in den entsprechenden Systemen.
  • -Sie erstellen Berichte und Dokumentationen zu Kundenanliegen.
  • -Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um den Kundenservice zu optimieren.
  • -Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Anfragen zeitnah und professionell bearbeitet werden.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Ungarisch und Deutsch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
  • -Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • -Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen und CRM-Systemen.
  • -Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.
  • -Hohe Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit.
