Job Description

Objetivo do cargo: Atender clientes com agilidade e cordialidade, apoiando o processamento de solicitações e contribuindo para uma experiência positiva ao longo da jornada de atendimento.

Principais responsabilidades: Receber e responder a dúvidas e solicitações por telefone, e-mail ou outros canais; registrar interações e manter dados atualizados nos sistemas; acompanhar pedidos e casos até a resolução; encaminhar questões que exijam suporte de outras áreas; cumprir procedimentos e prazos de atendimento; identificar oportunidades para melhorar a experiência do cliente.

• Requisitos: Ensino médio completo; boa comunicação oral e escrita; organização, atenção aos detalhes e foco no cliente; familiaridade com ferramentas digitais e sistemas de atendimento. Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente é desejável.

• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

• •Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0
• to 2 years).
• •Some countries (e.g., Mexico) may require a health care professional degree or Medical information experience.
• •In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Excellent language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading and writing); Fluency skills in a second language may be required
• •Proficient computer and keyboarding skills
• •Good interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• •Ability to interpret client provided complex medical and technical information
• •Organizational and time management skills
• •Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in challenging circumstances
