  • Kundenbetreuung und Kundenservice (B2B) per Telefon und E-Mail (Deutsch/Englisch)
  • Auftragsabwicklung / Order Management (Angebot, Auftrag, Rechnungsstellung)
  • Exportabwicklung und Erstellung von Exportdokumenten
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Retouren und Gutschriften
  • Logistikkoordination und Versandabwicklung
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Speditionsrechnungen
  • Pflege von Kundenstammdaten im ERP-System
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Mahnwesen

### Anforderungen

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann/-frau, Groß- und Außenhandel, Büromanagement) oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Customer Service oder Auftragsabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word), ERP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert (z. B. SAP)
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung

Zusatzkenntnisse (wünschenswert aber kein muss)

  • Exportkenntnisse / Zoll / Außenhandel
  • Weitere Fremdsprachen (z. B. Französisch, Spanisch)
  • Erfahrung in Logistik, Versand oder Disposition
