Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) Schifffahrt

Standort: Hamburg

  • Wir suchen für unseren namhaften Kunden aus der Schifffahrt langfristig einen Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d).
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung sämtlicher Kundenanfragen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen sowie Koordination interner Teams zur nachhaltigen Lösungsfindung
  • Unterstützung bei Reportings, Analysen und Kundenpräsentationen
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Service Levels
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Schifffahrt, Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Schifffahrt wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Customer Service bzw. im direkten Kundenkontakt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
