How will you take care of our customers?

• •Communicating via phone and email
• •Solving issues ranging from missing deliveries to payment errors
• •Verifying and correctly entering customer data into the system
• •Managing orders placed on JET to ensure they reach our restaurant partners without complications
• •Collaborating with your team, staying motivated, and maintaining regular contact with your leader

Make sure to check if:

• •You enjoy customer interactions and have experience in this area
• •You’re available for full-time work, including weekends (Our Customer Service employees work 8-hour shifts, including four weekend days)
• •You have patience and empathy, making conversations with difficult customers a breeze
• •Your English and Dutch skills allow you to communicate effectively with international customers (minimum level B2/C1)
