What You Can Expect :

Work closely with Operations Manager to handle customer's requirements and proactive to propose solution or option.

Maintain warehouse operations smooth.

Respond to interested parties in a timely manner with effective comunication skills.

Support management to meet operational KPI.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with company quality procedures.

Monitor the service quality and asset utilization of the warehouse.

Evaluate and review existing procedure & warehouse operation.

Propose improvement action plans on layout, stock level and operational processes, regularly review and adjust per need.

Implement dynamic management of warehouse, make statistics to timely reflect In & Out status, overstocking, backlogs and dead stock, analyze to provide a basis for decision-making.

Assess the storage differences between the system and the actual warehouse operation against the defined stock level.

Provide suggestions to improve the accuracy of management plans.

Collaborate with managers to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Manage any escalated queries and provide support to the customer service team.

Other ad-hoc assignments from Management.

What You Bring:

• •Diploma or above, majoring in warehouse management, customer service, or relevant field.
• •3 years or above related experience.
• •A dvanced ERP skills in warehouse management.
• •Candidates with working experience in fashion clothing and automatic robotic warehouse is a plus.
• •Proficient in MS Office.
• •Good in English and Cantonese.
• •Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Warehouse Supervisor.
