  • Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Anrufe
  • Terminvereinbarung und Koordination von Kundenanfragen
  • Organisation von Fahrzeugabholungen
  • Weiterleitung an die richtigen Ansprechpartner in Service oder Verkauf
  • Beantwortung von Kundenfragen und Sicherstellung einer schnellen Rückmeldung
