  • Zeitnahe Rückmeldung und Betreuung von Kundenanfragen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kundenkontakten
  • Verkauf von Garantieverlängerungen
  • Professionelle und serviceorientierte Kundenkommunikation
