About The Opportunity

We are looking for energetic and responsible freshers to join our 5-Month Customer Success Training Program .

During the training, you will learn our product, recruitment processes, customer communication and SaaS Customer Success practices while working closely with our team.

Training Duration: 5 Months

Stipend: 4,000/month from the 2nd month

After Successful Completion: Full-time employment as a Customer Success Executive with 2,40,000/year + incentives , based on performance during the training period.

Key Responsibilities

• •Learn and develop a strong understanding of the iSmartRecruit platform.
• •Assist with customer onboarding and product training.
• •Communicate with customers through calls and emails.
• •Understand customer requirements and assist with their queries.
• •Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• •Follow up with customers and maintain customer records.
• •Collect customer feedback and share it with the team.
• •Continuously improve product knowledge and customer-handling skills.

Who We Are Looking For

• •Freshers interested in Customer Success, SaaS and technology.
• •Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• •Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• •Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• •Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• •Ability to work in a team and take ownership of responsibilities.
• •Prior experience or exposure to recruitment agencies will be a big plus.

Qualification: Any graduate / postgraduate degree. Candidates from Business, Management, Marketing, Commerce, HR or related fields are preferred.
