• We are looking for a Customer Support Agent.

How Will You Make an Impact?

• — Help resolve user inquiries and issues;
• — Communicate with users both in writing through support tickets and verbally via calls;
• — Interact with English-speaking users from all over the world;
• — Contribute to product improvement by escalating issues to the relevant teams.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit?

• — Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), both spoken and written;
• — Willingness to work night shifts (~6 per month) from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM;
• — Ability to quickly adapt and learn new processes;
• — Stress resilience;
• — Strong communication skills, including the ability to handle user objections;
• — Empathy and a customer-oriented mindset;
• — Interest in emotional and behavioral well-being topics;
• — Readiness for long-term cooperation.
