## Ihre Aufgaben

Die wesentlichen Inhalte der Aufgabe sind:

  • Zentrale Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner für unsere Firmware für den entsprechenden technischen Ansprechpartner auf Kundenseite.
  • Du entwickelst in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Softwareentwicklung unsere Test-Applikation und Anwender-Codes als Teil unseres SDKs weiter.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement strukturierst du das Kundenfeedback und unterstützt bei der Ableitung von Produktoptimierungen.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Marketing und der technischen Dokumentation erstellst du verständliche Anleitungen, FAQs und Erklärvideos für unsere Kunden.
  • Du übernimmst die Durchführung von Onboarding, Schulungen und anderen Terminen zur Erläuterung unserer API.

## Ihr Profil

Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in der Bereich Informationstechnik, Elektronik oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung.

Des Weiteren bringen Sie folgende Eigenschaften und Kenntnisse mit:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software- und Applikationsentwicklung – idealerweise in industriellen Anwendungsbereichen (B2B)
  • Bereitschaft zu weltweiten Dienstreisen ( ## Wir bieten
