Location: On-site – Snitch HQ, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Rotational Day Shift

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and chats professionally.
  • Deliver excellent service as per company policies.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage 100–150 chats/calls per day .

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 2nd PUC or Graduation
  • Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Languages:

  • Mandatory: English & Hindi (Fluent)
  • Additional regional languages are a plus
