  • This role provides specialized Canadian payroll tax services and customer support to a dedicated portfolio of customers.
  • You will manage daily casework, research complex payroll tax questions, and provide practical guidance tailored to customer needs.
  • The position includes responsibility for tax remittances and year-end processing, including T4, T4A, Relevé 1, and Relevé 2 activities.
  • You will build ongoing customer relationships, lead customer calls, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated or complex requests.
  • Success requires strong knowledge of Canadian multi-jurisdiction payroll tax requirements and exceptional attention to accuracy and deadlines.
  • You will work in a structured, service-focused environment where regulatory knowledge, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are highly valued.
