Erstellung von Zollrechnungen sowie aller weiteren Dokumente für den Export bei Kunden-Orders
Erstellung der Ausfuhranmeldungen per ATLAS
Einreihung der Waren in den Zolltarif
Datenpflege im ERP-System
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, vor allem Shipping
Klärung sämtlicher Anfragen bei Verzollungsproblemen bzw. –verzögerungen
Zusammenarbeit mit Versanddienstleistern und Zollbehörden weltweit

Was du mitbringst:

Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/zur Kauffrau (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen oder eine kaufmännische Qualifikation im Außenhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Zollwesen
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und Microsoft Dynamics Navision von Vorteil
Gewissenhaftigkeit im Umgang mit Kundendaten, Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
