Overview:

As we continue to strengthen our cybersecurity programs, our Cyber Trust team is seeking a Cybersecurity Customer Trust Program Manager (Cyber Trust Advisor) to help support and deliver our Security Communications program. This role is ideal for someone who can translate cybersecurity topics into clear communications, training, and customer guidance while coordinating effectively across teams.
Our team builds customer trust through transparency and technical expertise. In this highly collaborative and visible role, you will partner with security, presales, sales, and account teams to explain our security posture, support incident communications, and help prepare teams for challenging customer conversations. The successful candidate is organized, responsive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to use sound judgment and data to move work forward.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support and coordinate communication initiatives that strengthen customer trust and security transparency.
- Develop and deliver clear technical and non-technical communications, training, and educational materials related to incident response, security awareness, and other cybersecurity topics.
- Aggregate data from multiple sources to enable effective decision-making.
- Advise on communications strategy, manage unpredictable issues, and address blockers.
- Drive continuous improvement by embracing new tools, strategies, and processes.
- Track, analyze, and report on progress against goals and overall program health.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of program management or professional consulting experience.
- Direct experience developing and delivering training or educational content related to incident response, security awareness, or other cybersecurity topics.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, including presales, sales, and customer account teams, to clearly explain the organization’s security posture.
- Experience supporting customer-facing communications during security events or incidents, including partnering with account teams on sensitive or challenging customer calls.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT security and/or cloud technology (e.g., incident response, security operations, public relations).
- Ability to communicate complex topics effectively and exercise high judgment under pressure.
- Experience using data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $114,104.00 - $135,000.00 USD.
The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
