As part of its launch, SUMMIT Paris is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining, administering, and operating cybersecurity and network systems for Summit Paris.

Support day-to-day operations of the Information Security efforts within IT department, including monitoring organization’s networks for security breaches and investigating incidents, implementing security policies and administering cybersecurity infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues across local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), wireless networks, and cloud-connected environments.

Follow Information Security threats, identify risks to company products and services, and work closely with business stakeholders and IT to mitigate these risks.

Support efforts in fraud prevention and detection with concentration on cybersecurity issues affecting company’s products and services.

Maintain subject matter expert level of knowledge, follow latest information security trends, research and recommend appropriate security controls.

Support security awareness program by providing consultations, training, and on-going communication to company employees.

Participate in IT department’s projects and initiatives by providing subject matter expertise on cybersecurity related issues.

Perform network change management activities, including planning, testing, implementation, and validation of infrastructure changes.

Maintain and enhance documentation of information security team’s standard operating procedures and protocols.

Engage in problem solving, process improvement and strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;

5+ years of IT experience, including at least 2+ years in cyber or information security;

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPNs, network segmentation and security best practices;

Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 network technologies, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, SD-WAN and inter-VLAN routing;

Direct experience with anti-virus software, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and content filtering;

Familiarity with structured cabling standards, fiber optic infrastructure, and network rack deployments;

Knowledge of risk and vulnerability assessment tools, technologies, and methods;

Ability to analyze packet captures and network traffic using third-party troubleshooting tools;

Experience in incident response and knowledge of computer forensics tools and techniques;

Ability to develop and maintain network diagrams, technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures;

Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.

Experience with enterprise wireless technologies, including Wi-Fi design, deployment, troubleshooting, and RF optimization;

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Education and Experience

One or more industry-recognized certifications: CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CISSP, SANS GIAC Security Essentials, Cisco CCNA/CCNP;

Previous experience in system administration, supporting multiple platforms and applications;

Previous experience with virtualization and cloud technologies;

Previous experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Manufacturing sectors.

Communication Skills

Demonstrated ability to coordinate actions, work with business stakeholders, and gain their trust to achieve desired objectives;

Ability to communicate information security issues to peers and management;

Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision;

Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills;

Fluency in English and French is required.

Dans le cadre de son lancement, SUMMIT Paris recherche un(e) ingénieur cybersécurité pour rejoindre son équipe.

Missions principales

Assurer la maintenance, l’administration et l’exploitation des fonctions cybersécurité et réseaux de Summit Paris ;

Assister les opérations quotidiennes liées à la sécurité de l’information au sein du Département informatique, notamment la surveillance des réseaux de l’organisation afin de détecter les failles de sécurité et d’enquêter sur les incidents, ainsi que la mise en œuvre des politiques de sécurité et l’administration de l’infrastructure de cybersécurité ;

Investiguer et résoudre les incidents affectant les réseaux LAN, WAN, sans-fil ou sur infrastructure cloud ;

Suivre les menaces liées à la sécurité de l’information, identifier et réduire les risques pesant sur les produits et services de l’entreprise, en collaboration étroite avec les parties prenantes métier et IT ;

Accompagner les actions de prévention et de détection de la fraude, en mettant l’accent sur les problématiques de cybersécurité affectant les produits et services de l’entreprise ;

Maintenir un niveau d’expertise reconnu dans le domaine, suivre les dernières tendances en matière de sécurité de l’information, rester informé(e) et être force de proposition pour tout ce qui concerne les contrôles de sécurité ;

Participer au programme de sensibilisation à la sécurité en diffusant les bonnes pratiques, en dispensant des formations, et en communication de manière continue auprès des collaborateurs de l’entreprise ;

Réaliser les tâches liées à la maintenance et à l’évolution des réseaux de l’entreprise, et notamment la planification, l’implémentation, la qualification et la validation des modifications de l’infrastructure ;

Participer aux projets et initiatives du Département informatique en tant que référant pour la cybersécurité ;

Maintenir à jour et développer la documentation relative aux procédures opérationnelles et aux protocoles de l’équipe sécurité de l’information ;

Contribuer à la résolution de problèmes, à l’amélioration des processus et aux initiatives de planification stratégique.

Profil recherché

Formation et expérience requises

Diplômé(e) de l’enseignement supérieure de niveau licence ou autre Bac+3, avec une spécialisation en sécurité des systèmes d’information ou équivalent ;

Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle IT, dont au moins 2 ans en cybersécurité ou sécurité de l’information ;

Excellentes connaissances des réseaux IP et des services essentiels qui y sont mis à disposition tels que DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, ainsi que des bonnes pratiques liées à leur segmentation et protection ;
