Are you passionate about strengthening cyber resilience, managing security risks, and leading cybersecurity initiatives that protect critical business operations? We are seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and operational security activities across the organisation.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies to build and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture while driving continuous improvement across security programs and processes.

What You Will Do

• •Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and operational security activities across the organisation.
• •Oversee cybersecurity incident response, investigation, recovery, and post-incident improvement initiatives.
• •Drive cybersecurity programs including vulnerability management, asset management, security monitoring, and third-party risk management.
• •Monitor cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and security findings, ensuring timely remediation and risk reduction.
• •Review cybersecurity assessments, security testing activities, and assurance programs.
• •Prepare cybersecurity dashboards, management reports, compliance submissions, and executive-level reporting.

Who You Are

You are a cybersecurity professional with strong leadership capabilities and experience managing cybersecurity programs, risk management, and security operations. You excel at collaborating with stakeholders and translating cybersecurity challenges into practical business solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• •Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• •At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, governance, compliance, or security operations.
• •Experience leading cybersecurity programs, projects, or operational security functions.
• •Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management practices, incident response, and cloud security principles.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• •Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• •Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• •Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
• •International Organization for Standardization / International Electrotechnical Commission 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification.
• •Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance and regulatory requirements.
• •Experience working within large, complex, or highly regulated environments.
