Skills & Responsibilities

• •Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• •Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service)
• •Configure and customize entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and dashboards
• •Develop and maintain plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations
• •Perform data migration, data mapping, and data validation activities
• •Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems using APIs, Power Platform, and Azure services
• •Provide functional and technical support during implementation and post-go-live
• •Prepare functional design documents (FDD), technical design documents (TDD), and solution architecture
• •Conduct system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities
• •Train end users and provide documentation and knowledge transfer
• •Ensure best practices, security roles, compliance, and performance optimization
• •Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, and business teams

Location: Remote/ Thane

Qualification:

BE./B.Tech/BCS/BCA/BSc.IT or Master’s Degree in Computers/Information Technology discipline

Certification:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications
