  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Lehrabschluss oder langjährige Berufserfahrung und selbstständiges Arbeiten auf Baustellen.
  • Anleitung und Führung vom Hilfspersonal in Abstimmung mit Ihrem Vorgesetzten
  • Kommunikation mit KundInnen
  • Abdichten mit Bitumenbahnen jeglicher Art auf unterschiedlichsten Flächen
  • Verlegen oder verkleben von Wärmedämmungen
  • Abdichten mit Flüssigkunststoff
  • Erfahrung von Vorteil im Bereich von Plattenlegerarbeiten,
  • Dachbegrünung und Dachbekiesung
  • Herstellung von ordnungsgemäßen Wasserproben zur Identifikation der Schadensquelle
  • Mängelbehebung inkl. Fotodokumentation
  • Sie bringen mit:
  • Berufsausbildung (SchwarzdeckerIn/AbdichterIn) und/oder Berufspraxis auf Groß-, Klein- und
  • Privathausbaustellen
  • Schwindelfreiheit und körperliche Fitness
  • der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse (!KundInnenkontakt!)
  • Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein B von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung
  • Wir bieten:
