  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von Bauprojekten im Bereich Dachdecker- und Zimmereiarbeiten
  • Organisation und Führung der ausführenden Teams sowie Nachunternehmer
  • Planung und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe auf der Baustelle
  • Bestellung, Disposition und Qualitätsprüfung von Materialien und Baustoffen
  • Kontrolle und Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie Dokumentation des Baufortschritts
  • Kontrolle der Ausführungsqualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Einhaltung von Vorschriften
  • Auswahl und Einsatz geeigneter Materialien sowie Entwicklung technischer Lösungen

### Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung im Dachdecker- oder Zimmererhandwerk – idealerweise in beiden Gewerken.
  • Alternativ: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dachdecker:in oder Zimmerer:in
  • Berufserfahrung auf der Baustelle, idealerweise mit ersten Leitungsaufgaben
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie Organisationsgeschick
  • Handwerkliches Geschick, Zuverlässigkeit und technisches Verständnis
  • Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Organisationstalent
  • Führerschein Klasse B
