Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, suchen wir einen Dachdeckermeister (m/w/d) für Bauleitung und/ oder Kalkulation.

Ihre Aufgaben:

· Eigenständige Bauleitung auf unseren Dachdeckerprojekten

· Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung für zukünftige Bauvorhaben

· Koordination und Führung der Mitarbeiter auf der Baustelle

· Organisation und Überwachung der Bauabläufe, Qualitätssicherung

· Verhandlung mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern

· Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards

· Zusammenarbeit mit Architekten, Statikern und anderen Fachplanern

Ihr Profi:

· Abgeschlossener Dachdeckermeister (m/w/d)

· Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Dachdeckerhandwerk,

idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung

· Verhandlungsgeschick und Organisationstalent

· Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

· Führungsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

· Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung
