About Us
A profitable, family-run, growing group of companies in the Industrial Packaging and Distribution space. Proudly Canadian and entrepreneurial, with multiple divisions.
We serve customers across North America, with core operations and leadership based in Canada. With 60+ employees and a tightly run finance team, we’re scaling while maintaining a practical, no-politics, get-it-done culture.
How We Work
Data should drive decisions, not sit in dashboards.
This role works across Finance, Sales, and Marketing to provide visibility into performance and help guide decision-making.
You’ll own reporting and analytics across the business, building dashboards, working with large datasets, and partnering with stakeholders to understand what’s driving results.
This is a hands-on role with a strong execution focus, but you’ll also be expected to go beyond reporting and help teams understand what the data means.
About You
You’re a detail-oriented Data Analyst who enjoys working with both data and people.
You’re comfortable building dashboards, working with large datasets, and ensuring data accuracy. You don’t just deliver reports, you take the time to understand the business context and explain insights clearly.
You’re reliable, organized, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve reporting and data processes.
You Bring:
Strong experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards (DAX, Power Query preferred)
Ability to extract, structure, and analyze large datasets ( Snowflake or similar)
Experience ensuring data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and quality checks
Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
Ability to translate data into clear, practical insights for business teams
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Sales, or Marketing)
Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar roles
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
Strong understanding of business metrics (revenue, sales performance, margins, etc.)
Experience working with ERP systems or internal business tools
Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points:
Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Azure-based environments
Experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., FiveTran)
Exposure to Power Automate or workflow automation tools
Experience in distribution, logistics, or product-based businesses
Exposure to pricing, margin, or sales analytics
Perks & Details:
Full-time, on-site (5 days/week) with flexible hours
Location: Etobicoke / Airport area
Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 base + benefits
Cross-functional exposure across Finance, Sales, and Marketing
Stable company with long-term growth potential
