Data Analyst (Commercial Operations)

Main areas for the position:

• •A business analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data analysis across WEU
• •Supporting the following tasks:
• •preparation of distributor end user and price claims data
• •maintenance of the Commercial Excellence database used by Analytics and Incentive teams
• •development of Excel based tools used by the Incentive team

• •Work multi-functionally across WEU with commercial, functional, and local bids and tenders teams
• •Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for the above listed tasks

(this list is not comprehensive Excel-based)

What will you be doing?

• •Collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders teams to ensure accuracy and transparency Master's
• •Perform WEU distributor price claims; working with Commercial partners for approval
• •Work closely with the A2R team in Warsaw
• •Processing of distributor end-user sales data to ensure accurate WEU reporting
• •Provide local analytical support

Who are we looking for?

QUALIFICATIONS

• •University degree, (Finance, economics preferred)
• •Excellent analytical skills combined with outstanding technical skills:
• •MS Office Applications: (Excel, PowerPivot, Access)
• •Proficient in English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The minimum salary for this position is 136 000,00 PLN annually. Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for competitive benefits, discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
