Now Hiring: Data Analyst
We’re seeking a Data Analyst , you’ll d evelop, maintain, and enhance enterprise reporting. In this role you will t ranslate business requirements into technical reporting specifications and develop automated reporting solutions that reduce manual processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with Jack Henry SilverLake platform. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Contribute:
Workflow Design & Optimization Administration Support
Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise reporting both recurring and ad hoc
Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications
Validate report accuracy through testing, reconciliation, and data quality reviews
Develop automated reporting solutions that reduce manual processes and improve efficiency
Assist with core conversion planning, testing, reconciliation, and post-conversion validation
Analyst Support
Partner with the Systems Analyst on managing core changes
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem
Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements

Pursue and demonstrate an understanding of established Bank policies, procedures, and regulations
Question suspicious activity and collaborate closely with the respective department(s) to help prevent fraudulent activity
What Makes a Stand-Out Candidate:
Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of experience in
- workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis
5+ years of banking experience.
Advanced Cognos report-writing expertise or equivalent enterprise reporting experience
Jack Henry SilverLake or CIF 20/20 knowledge.
Experience validating and reconciling data during core conversions
Experience with Google Looker Studio, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or modern analytics platforms
Preferred experience in SQL scripting and reporting
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on report development
Experience with Power BI is a plus

Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
